A-Z Solomon's Compass Style: Kelly Wetmore

Welcome A-Z bloggers!
And everyone else, of course :)
My A-Z posts are all about my new book, SOLOMON'S COMPASS.
Read the A post to learn who AJ is.

Be sure to read to the end of this post for awesome news!

You guys can't see me, but I'm pumping my fist in the air. Guess what? I can see you. Some of you are a real mess!

I know you think I'm embellishing the truth. You'd be wrong. I just tweaked the code here a little and turned on your cameras.

You don't have a camera on your computer? Think again. You do now. Well, you always have had it - it's all digital and built into your operating system. Any operating system. Even the lens operates through the interface you see on your screen. But don't worry ... I'll turn it off before I leave. Promise.

And I left the microphone code alone, so feel free to speak your mind - you and your cat, dog, kids, significant other will be the only ones to hear.

I tried to bribe Carol into letting me host this A-Z thing, but something about the alphabet and I had to wait until K Day. But because K Day comes on a Friday, I get to host the top ten.

Even better, it's all about me!

The top ten things about Kelly Wetmore:

10. I'm married to Simon Wetmore.

  9. I've always had a thing for computers.

8, They're more fun than dolls, that's for sure.

  7. I've been called a hacker.

  6. But I've never worn a black hat.

  5. When I'm bored I color my hair.

  4. I love purple hair.

  3. I once worked for the FBI.

  2. Now I work for the family business - CPI - Compass Points International.

And the #1 thing about Kelly Wetmore:

  1. I'm Jake Solomon's sister.

õ

Today is Carol's final SOLOMON’S COMPASS tour stop. She's at Isis Rushdan's blog. I heard that Jake and Taylor put their heads together for this last post. I want to make sure to read it.

Also ...
Isis is giving away a Kindle copy of
SOLOMON'S COMPASS!

And I'll take care of those cameras after I get back from Isis's blog :)

Ah, she really can see me because I'm still sitting here in my PJs and my hair is a real mess.

Yikes! I knew I should have put on the PJs without holes. Look at your own peril, Kelly.

Cameras! Eeek!
Purple hair sounds cool. Maybe I should try it.
I like learning more about Kelly from the top ten.

Oh, Alex. Too late!

Not a mess, Clarissa. Tousled.

Thank you, Yvonne.

Holy PJs, VR!

Oh, do! I love watching everyone's expressions :)

Teresa, just the right amount of knowledge.

Then you can probably see the giant, black furball of a cat on my lap right now.

Ack! I've got to get dressed!

Carol said I should keep it low key, Michael, but that's no fun. We're all thrilled about that reader's good taste!

You do just fine, Buttons!

Bish! I'll have you know I'm at least two full hoots :)

LD, shame on you. You thought you'd sneak in while I was commenting. But I see you over there.

Like a dork, I was actually checking my light to see if my video came on. hahahaha. It didn't. Obviously. Ooohlala. A kindle version of the book... now you're speaking my language.

She sounds like a straight-talking woman who doesn't mess about!

I like that Kelly colors her hair when she's bored. I used to cut my hair when I was bored, but that resulted in some rather unfortunate hairstyles, so I had to give it up. Now when I'm bored, I concoct strange new recipes, cook them, and force my husband to eat them. He'd rather I go back to cutting my hair...

I was never a big fan of dolls so I like Kelly already. :) Heading over to see what Jake and Taylor have to say now.

Lots to like over at Isis's blog, Robin. Good luck in her giveaway.

That's me, Nick!

Simon cooks at our house. When we're both home. That doesn't happen too often.

I like you, too, Julie. Dolls were just...weird.

Goodness! I'll have to remember to brush my hair next time I visit your blog.

I'm waving now! Can you see me?

Its always good to get to know your characters a little better. Nicely done. And good luck with Solomon's Compass!

I learned a lot of new things here today! :)

Tui - I'm giggling.

I'm that Big Mama firecracker, Jan. The one that goes BOOM! instead of pop-pop-pop.

Naughty, naughty, Heather. I can send the camera police :)

Oh, Stephen...you probably know my tricks too well. Thank you for the good luck wishes!

Excellent, Trisha! That means I did my job.

You had to pick a bad hair day, didn't you?
Welcome Kelly. However, today I am invisible so the camera cannot catch me (which is just as well).
It was fun meeting Kelly. Glad she also knows a thing or two about top ten lists!

What? I'm being watched?
Carol Kilgore said…
Just color it purple, Shelley. No one will notice.

Ah, ha! You're one of the experimental stealth subjects. Cool, EC, very cool.

Julie, you'd be surprised by what all I know.

Yes! Nothing else necessary, Lynda :)

No worries, Medeia. I'll turn off the cameras before I leave :)
Oooh, Big Brother is watching us...? Okay, you can turn off the cameras now...
Great learning about Jake's sister!

Great, Michelle. Kelley said she disabled the cameras. I think she was telling the truth.
