No shortage of ideas here. If I were going, I'd go as either Amelia Earhart or Benjamin Franklin. Since I look a lot more like Franklin, I'm guessing he'd be the winner.

No costume here. But my kids have put together some very creative ones over the years.

Are these the top ten among all people? Or your own top ten? I can think of some politicians who would make scary costumes.

Back in the day when you could wear costumes to work for Halloween, I had a friend who dressed as Darth Vader. The costume was magnificent and he also had a recording of Vader's scuba-breathing sounds which he would play as people came into his office. He was a loan officer. (that's what makes it art)

Galen - I think you should go with Amelia :)

Terry - I have a witch hat and socks and a cool shirt. Not tooooo costumey.

Helen - My own top ten that I see kids wear. Plus my own favorite adult one.

Elspeth - Too cool! Did he have a light saber, too?
The M&M's better be careful walking around Halloween night - candy is in high demand at that time and they could find themselves in someone's treat sack!

Sheila - The kids are great!

Stephen - I'm not much into stats on this blog. My own opinion abounds. Yo, ho, ho, and a bottle of rum!
