Friday's Top Ten

The top ten things about CassaStorm, written by my friend and fellow blogger Alex J. Cavanaugh:

10. It's the third book about the Cassans.

  9. Byron is still on Tgren.

  8. His only struggles are occasional rogue pirate raids and endless government bureaucracies.

  7. Until a galaxy-wide war encroaches, and he’s caught between the Tgrens and the Cassans.

  6. Even worse, there's a battle within his own family.

  5. The declaration of war triggers nightmares in his son and threatens to destroy the boy’s mind.

  4. If that wasn't enough, the ancient alien ship is transmitting a code that might signal the end of all life in the galaxy.

  3. And the mysterious probe that almost destroyed Tgren twenty years ago could be on its way back.

  2. But Byron suspects a connection.

And the #1 thing about CassaStorm:

  1. The storm is about to break, and Byron is caught in the middle.

Pretty cool set-out of the blurb. Best of luck to Alex with the third book about the Cassans!
Alex's book is taking the blogosphere by storm today, but your approach is one of the more original. I halfway expected your number one to be: "It's written by a ninja!"

Great job.

I love how you wrote that. It's very compelling. I wish I could do pitches like that. :-)
